To date, the products of 136 SME entities have been placed for sale across various retail chains.
An additional seven micro and small business entities have been supported in accessing major retail networks. The sales of products such as biscuits, canned goods, dried fruits, jams, dried meat, poultry products, cold-pressed spreads, sunflower oils and similar items produced by SME entities have commenced in the “Bolmart” and “Megastore” retail chains. Consumers can purchase SME products from dedicated stands placed within the respective retail outlets.
As a result, the total number of SME entities supported through state assistance under preferential terms for placing their products in retail networks has reached 136, of which 44 received such support during the current period of 2025.
It should be noted that the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBİA) facilitates the promotion and sale of products manufactured by micro and small entrepreneurs through state support. For this purpose, the Agency allocates separate stands within major retail chains to showcase these products. This support mechanism also contributes to the promotion of new brands and local products created by SMEs.
Micro and small business entities may benefit from the support mechanism for accessing retail networks. Food-producing micro and small entrepreneurs may submit their applications to the Agency electronically. At present, 8 sales points are operating within retail chains to facilitate the sale of SME products.
