At the event, baristas demonstrated their skills in technical proficiency, creativity, and customer service categories.

The first-ever Azerbaijan Coffee Championship ("Azerbaijan Coffee Cup 25") was held in Baku. The event brought together professionals and industry representatives working in the coffee sector in our country, with the aim of promoting coffee culture, supporting the development of the coffee business, showcasing the craftsmanship of baristas, and contributing to networking within the industry.

The event was supported by the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBIA).

Farhad Hajiyev, Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports, Orkhan Mammadov, Chairman of the KOBIA, Emin Dostiari, Chairman of the Board of the Azerbaijan Food and Beverage Industry Association, Manuel Adalberto Carlos Montenegro Lopes da Cruz, Ambassador of Brazil to Azerbaijan; and Rustam Bagautdinov, Director of "Baristica" LLC and organizer of the event, shared their thoughts on coffee culture, the development potential of this field, the growth of the coffee business in our country, its role in job creation, the activities of SMEs in this sector, and the importance of such events.

At the championship, professional baristas from 15 leading coffee establishments in Azerbaijan showcased their skills in technical proficiency, creativity, and customer service categories.

Additionally, during the event, discussions were held among local and international guests regarding collaboration opportunities, innovations in the coffee industry, and future development prospects.
