Training arranged for SMBDA staff

Training with the participation of international and local experts was arranged in the Shabran region to improve the managerial experience and professional skills of the Small and Medium Business Development Agency’s (SMBDA) leadership. The training was held as part of the European Union project “Supporting the creation of a more favorable environment for small and medium enterprises and increasing their competitiveness”.

 

As part of the event, presentations were made for the Agency's staff on corporate governance standards, improving the service quality, project management skills, and other topics concerning management. The training also touched upon the best international SMB support practice of some countries, promoting the "green economy" in the SMB activities, and other issues.

 

As part of the training, various team competitions and contests were held to further develop the team spirit and effectively arrange leisure of the Agency's employees.
